Caitlin and Nicholas helped select eight lambs from a flock raised high on a windy bluff overlooking a stunning valley in Germantown. Selection criteria had as much to do with color - a mix of red, brown and black derived from two African breeds, Tunis and Dorper - as anything else. Why not? They will be lovely to watch this summer and, of course, hard to part with when it's time to 'go to market.'
